By creating an account on Tradesman, you agree to these Terms of Service and our community guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate job descriptions, fair budgets, and respectful communication. Clients agree to evaluate seekers based on merit and not discriminate. Payment terms are negotiated directly between clients and seekers.
Seekers must provide truthful information about their skills, experience, and credentials. Seekers agree to deliver services professionally, on time, and to the agreed-upon standard. Misrepresentation of qualifications may result in account suspension.
All users must treat each other with respect. Harassment, fraud, abusive language, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Tradesman is a marketplace platform and is not a party to any agreement between clients and seekers. We are not liable for the quality, timeliness, or legality of services rendered. Disputes should be resolved directly between the parties.
Users may not use Tradesman to solicit services outside the platform, spam other users, or misuse the messaging system. Accounts found violating these rules may be restricted or removed.
